Order Processing Time
We’re quick! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after we receive them. Weekends and holidays don’t count as business days, just FYI.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship globally (except Asia and some remote areas) using trusted carriers:
- Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 days after shipment
- Cost: $12.95
- Free Shipping: Via EMS (for orders over $50)
- Delivery time: 15-25 days after shipment
- Free for qualifying orders!
Heads up! Delivery times are estimates and might be affected by factors beyond our control (like customs processing). But we’ll do everything we can to get your gear to you ASAP!
No-Sweat Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be 100% stoked about your gear. Here’s how our returns and exchanges work:
The Quick Lowdown
- Return Window: 15 days from the day you receive your package
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
- How to Start: Fill out the form below and email it to us to get an RMA number
What Can’t Be Returned?
Due to licensing and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Costumes (like our awesome ’80s Costumes and Outfits)
- Underwear and swimwear
- Earrings and face masks
- All clearance items and accessories (socks, belts, etc.)
All sales on these items are final.
The Step-by-Step Return Process
Step 1: Get in Touch (Within 15 Days!)
Drop us an email at [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request” or “Exchange Request.” Copy, paste, and fill out this handy template:

[Your Name]Step 2: Wait for Your RMA Number
We’ll review your request and email you back within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Please don’t send anything back without an RMA number β it helps us track your return and get you sorted out quicker!
Step 3: Ship It Back
Package the item securely in its original packaging, include a copy of your order confirmation (or the RMA email), and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship it to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t be responsible for packages lost on the way back to us.
Refunds: When and How
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (usually within 5 business days of arrival), we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
- Will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process it
Exchanges
We’ll ship out your new item as soon as we process the return. Standard or free shipping will apply based on the new order value. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
What If My Item is Damaged or Defective?
Oh no! We’re sorry to hear that. If your Christmas Story leg lamp arrived broken or your AC/DC tee has a print flaw, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage/defect. We’ll send you a replacement ASAP and cover the return shipping costs. We’ve got your back!
