- Return Window: 15 days from the day you receive your package.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- How to Start: Fill out the form below and email it to us to get an RMA number.
- Final Sale Items: All sales are final on clearance items and accessories (socks, belts, etc.).
The Step-by-Step Process
Step 1: Get in Touch (Within 15 Days!)
Drop us an email at [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request” or “Exchange Request.” Copy, paste, and fill out the handy template below into your email. This gives our fan-support team all the info they need to help you out fast.
Step 2: Wait for Your RMA Number
We’ll review your request and email you back within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Please do not send anything back without an RMA number – it helps us track your return and get you sorted out quicker!
Step 3: Ship It Back
Package the item securely in its original packaging, include a copy of your order confirmation (or the RMA email), and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship it to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t be responsible for packages lost on the way back to us.
Refunds: When and How
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (usually within 5 business days of arrival), we’ll process your refund or exchange.
- Refunds: Will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it.
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process it.
- Exchanges: We’ll ship out your new item as soon as we process the return. Standard or free shipping will apply based on the new order value.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
What If My Item is Damaged or Defective?
Oh no! We’re sorry to hear that. If your Christmas Story leg lamp arrived broken or your AC/DC tee has a print flaw, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage/defect. We’ll send you a replacement ASAP and cover the return shipping costs. We’ve got your back!
